A few times a year, we go deep into the cellar and bring out bottles that rarely see the light of day. On Sunday, November 23, we’re hosting Committee Uncorked. It’s an intimate, guided tasting of select library and small lot wines with the chance to purchase your favorites before they’re gone.

What to expect

• Curated pours from the cellar. Limited bottles, vintages we’ve been saving
• Winemaker notes & stories. Why we cellared them, how they’ve evolved
• First come purchasing. Small allocations available to take home that day
• Easy pairing bites. Some light nibbles to highlight your pours.

The Capitol View Committee is a group of members who share our passion for craft and community.

As a Committee Member, you’ll:

• Participate in exclusive tasting sessions (like this one)
• Preview and provide feedback on new releases and blends
• Receive early access to cellar and reserve wines
• Enjoy member-only invitations to events and dinners
• Get a 20% discount on all wine bottles

To Become a Committee Member:

• Purchase 24 bottles within a 12 Month period (Period starts in November of each year)
