New Year’s Eve Wine Dinner at Capitol View Winery {SOLD OUT}

Ring in the new year at Capitol View Winery with an elegant four-course Wine Dinner featuring Chef Au Chef. Doors open at 6:30 pm, dinner begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Expect cozy vineyard vibes, thoughtful pairings, and a festive finish at the tasting room.

Our award-winning Tomato Basil Feta Bisque with Seasonal Kale Salad, lightly tossed in our house-made rustic balsamic vinaigrette

Lemon Basil Salmon served over creamy spinach risotto, finished with vibrant chimichurri sauce
