First Course
Irish Potato Farl
A classic Irish potato cake, golden and crisp, topped with Guinness braised beef tips rich in depth and flavor.

Main Course
Corned Beef and Cabbage
Tender corned beef served with steamed red potatoes and savory cabbage, hearty and comforting, just as it should be.

Dessert
Sticky Toffee Pudding
A decadent, moist sponge cake drenched in luscious toffee sauce, the perfect sweet ending to the evening.

Each course will be paired with a carefully selected 3 Capitol Views wine to complement and elevate every bite.
