this fun menu & talk about wine selection and tips for the food you are preparing.

UK – Yorkshire Pudding/Onion Wine Gravy

Ireland – Bangers & Mash/Red Wine Gravy

Germany – Black Forest Gateau/Cherry Sauce

Cost for the demonstration, samples of the food and a wine tasting of the wines used – $35/person.
